FMS -- Financial Management System

Software Systems, Inc. has developed a completely integrated, interactive Financial Management system (FMS) designed to provide the information required to enable administrators and managers of Indiana school corporations to efficiently manage their resources. FMS operates on industry standard operating system platforms, and conforms to open architecture concepts. The system conforms to generally accepted accounting principals, and has been approved by the Indiana State Board of Accounts. FMS provides extensive audit trails to ensure the integrity of the data. The module concept allows our customers to choose the product or products required to fill their particular needs initially, then expand these systems as future requirements dictate.

ARK -- Academic Record Keeping

Software Systems, Inc. has also developed ARK and ARKNet. ARK is a comprehensive student management system software, that allows an unlimited number of schools and student data to be maintained designed to meet the needs of any K-12 school system. Accompanying ARK is ARKNet, the online access system for teachers and parents. Entered via a portal on the school district's own website, ARKNet is available to teachers and parents alike, anywhere and anytime.
